The lands of Little House on the Hill and Littler House on the Hill have a rich history, once being plantation land that was transformed into an estate for cultivating fruits and raising animals. The abundance of flora and the inclusive feel of the Little Houses make it a place of beauty and tranquility. With the beach just a 12-minute stroll away, fun is always within reach.
Nestled steps away from the ruins of 18th-century Fort King George, The Little House by the Fort offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to supermarkets, healthcare, entertainment, beaches, restaurants, and more.
The fort offers a stunning view of the ocean and city, as well as Tobago’s military and colonial history. It showcases carefully restored remnants, including a gunpowder magazine, prison cells, a bell tank, and the Tobago Museum, housed in the former barrack guardhouse. The museum features weapons, pre-Columbian artifacts, old Tobago maps, and photographs found in Scarborough. The fort’s original cannons remain positioned as they were centuries ago, and the well-manicured grounds are a popular location for weddings, photo shoots, and family picnics.
