CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

We require a full deposit upon booking.

If you would prefer, you can make a deposit or bank transfer and send us a copy of the deposit voucher or transfer receipt within 48 hours of making the reservation.

Cancellation:

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% cancellation fee applies

If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
